Hugh Pond specialises in Criminal work, and Howard Marsh specialises in Family work. We also have experienced and dedicated support staff who will assist you when necessary.
A large number of firms undertake all areas of work, We do not believe that that is in the clients best interests. We specialise in Criminal and Family work only and are approved by the Legal Aid Agency to give advice and assistance in these areas. We therefore have a thorough knowledge of all aspects of both Criminal and Family work. We are committed to providing a service of the highest quality to our clients irrespective of whether they are paying privately or receiving public funding.
Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Due to the fact that we hold a contract with the Legal Aid Agency to provide publicly funded advice in crime and family matters, we are able to provide free legal advice in many such cases.
